Dave Madison
Dave started his career in the packaging industry while attending the University of Washington. His start was as a service technician and eventually designer and finally in a sales role. For over 50 years, Dave has worked tirelessly to provide solutions to the customer. From his start at Foremost in Washington to a move east with Raymond Automation (SIG), to bringing several companies to the USA, Dave has always prioritized the customer experience.
Dave spends his spare time woodworking, building toys for those in need, wrenching on Kevin’s endless supply of projects, and kayaking his local waterways.
Kevin Madison
Kevin has had an unconventional path to the packaging and processing machinery business. After two years of engineering, he switched degree paths and graduated from University of Cincinnati with an Accounting Major and International Business Minor. Kevin spent over a decade in accounting before receiving a call from Dave asking to join the company. Since joining in 2023, Kevin had built connections in the industry, attended industry events and has been eager to participate in industry organizations and events to improve his knowledge. He participates in events by the NCA, AACT, Western Candy Association, and PMCA among others.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his animals, riding motorcycles, working on various car projects and spending time on his 4 acre farm.
